Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or returns due to the method of production. If customer’s goods are received damage, it is the customers obligated responsibility to notify us within 5 days of receiving damaged products. We do require photos of damaged products in order to process claims and assist you.
Crown For Brown is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Please check with the shipping provider in regards to delivery of packages. We will assist in ways we can regarding missing packages. Once the shipping provider responds to your claim we may be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Filing a claim with the delivery provider does not guarantee the shipping provider will provide partial or full compensation/reimbursement for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process. Crown For Brown cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages once they are with the mail carrier.
